  Securely place the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
